Excerpted from Accurate Numerology Talk (www.allnumerology.com):
We have, among our members, several professional numerologists who own one or more professional
versions. This allowed us to do some comparisons. We won't waste your time comparing programs
we don't feel are worthy of your time and money.
There are several software producers. We have looked at most of them. Almost all these
programs are void of any real depth and insight. The reports are often general and incomplete.
Some producers try to make up for it by throwing in some graphics and lots of introductory
texts to fill up the pages.
A true exception to the statements above, is the numerology software for Windows created
by the authors of Numerology; Key To Your Inner Self, Hans Decoz with Tom Monte.
Extensive, detailed, and specific, the reports produced with their software are truly amazing.
The software is stable, can be used with all Windows platforms, and is regularly updated.
The authors, Hans Decoz and Tom Monte devoted almost a decade to writing most of the text
material from which the program draws to compose a reading. They claim that their software
contains the largest numerology data base in the world, and this is probably true. More
impressive, however, is the fact that the authors not only wrote in-depth descriptions for
each possible number found in any location in a chart, (no other program does that) they
also looked at how certain core numbers within an individual's chart relate to each other.
Decoz's software also gets high marks for the number of aspects of the chart that are included
in the report. No other software even comes close.
We test drove Decoz's professional version DecozProPlus v.5.0, combining specific names
and birth dates that would make it clear if any texts were duplicates, general, or otherwise
reflected shortcuts. We found none. In fact, the reports were unique and highly revealing
in each case. Master numbers and Karmic Debt numbers were used, and the relationship between
core numbers within one chart were looked at in a way we found particularly useful and unique;
the Bridge numbers. The reports are very well written. Every paragraph in a personal report
done with this software contains some insight or revelation.
The software is easy to use and highly customizable.
Hans Decoz Numerology Software. 5 stars.

NUMEROLOGY CALCULATION METHODS.
Our ChartMaker program and our Free
Numerology Chart Calculator use the Pythagorean system of numerology.
This section discusses calculation methods used in Pythagorean
numerology.
| New: Our numerology software programs now include a preference setting that
allows you to select which Life Path calculation method to use:
-
Option A: May 15, 1949 = 5 + (1 + 5 = 6) + (1 + 9 + 4 + 9 = 23 = 2 + 3 = 5)
is: 5 + 6 + 5 = 16 = 1 + 6 = 7
-
Option B: May 15, 1949 = 5 + 15 + 1949 = 1969 = 1 + 9 + 6 + 9 = 25, 25 = 2
+ 5 = 7
-
Option C: May 15, 1949 = 5 + 1 + 5 + 1 + 9 + 4 + 9 = 34, 3 + 4 = 7

Some differences exist among numerologists and their systems of calculations. We have
done our best to maintain absolute integrity to the Pythagorean system based on extensive
research covering more than three decades. If you have encountered some of those differences
in your own research, consider this: All calculations in numerology are based on an underlying
logic that is easy to recognize yet largely unknown even among many professional numerologists.
Although the calculation methods are very simple -- a matter of adding or subtracting
single- and double-digit numbers -- numerology is based on a rather complex cosmic network
of inter-connecting patterns and cycles. These patterns and cycles are recognizable. It
is in recognizing these patterns, that we are able to predict events and influences when
certain criteria are met.
What follows are short descriptions of how each number in the chart was calculated. Click
any of the aspects listed below, or scroll further down the page and read about the aspects
one at a time.
NOTE:
When we talk about "reducing a number to a single-digit," we mean adding each
of the digits until a single-digit is left. For example, we reduce the number 367 by adding
3 + 6 + 7 = 16. Next, we add 1 + 6 = 7. We have now reduced the number 367 to the single-digit
number 7.
NOTE: In many areas of your chart, Master
numbers are not reduced during the calculations. For example, to reduce the year 1966
to a single digit, we add 1+9+6+6=22. Twenty-two is a Master number, therefore, we do
not reduce 22 any further.
Many numerologists will write 22/4, because the 22 is also a 4. This is purely a matter
of personal preference.
